Connect a Twilio WhatsApp number so users can chat with this bot via WhatsApp — same RAG engine as the website widget.
Enter the WhatsApp number (with country code) assigned to your Twilio account.

Twilio setup steps:
1. In Twilio Console → Messaging → WhatsApp Sandbox settings (or your approved number)
2. Set "When a message comes in" to the webhook URL above (HTTP POST)
3. Fill in the credentials here and click Save WhatsApp Settings
Add follow-up questions that the bot will ask after responding, based on matching keywords in the conversation. The user can answer Yes (triggering a real AI response to the question) or No (dismissing it silently).
Let an external system (your backend, a CRM, any script) push JSON straight into this bot's knowledge base with a plain HTTP POST — no admin login needed. Each call adds a new document, processed the same way as a manual upload.
