This policy covers airabot (the chatbot platform at airabot.in and its admin dashboard) and the Airabot Agent mobile app used by support agents to handle customer conversations. By using either, you agree to the practices described here.
When you or your team sign in to the admin dashboard or the Airabot Agent app, we collect your name, email address, and a securely hashed password (or, if you sign in with Google, the profile info Google provides). This is used solely to authenticate you and manage your account/team access.
Messages exchanged through a chatbot widget or with a support agent — including customer name, email, and message text submitted via the pre-chat form or during the conversation — are stored so the chatbot and your support team can respond, and so conversation history remains available to your team afterward. This data is processed on our infrastructure (Cloudflare) and is not sold or shared with third parties beyond what's needed to operate the service (e.g. the AI model provider used to generate responses).
Files, URLs, and text you upload to train a chatbot are stored and processed (chunked and embedded) to power that chatbot's answers. This content is scoped to your account and used only to serve your chatbots.
The Airabot Agent mobile app registers your device's Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) token with our backend so we can deliver push notifications for new conversations. This token is shared with Firebase (Google), which handles notification delivery on our behalf, per Firebase's own privacy terms. We do not collect your device's location, contacts, camera, or microphone — the app does not request those permissions.
Like most web services, our infrastructure (Cloudflare) automatically logs basic technical data (IP address, request timestamps, error logs) for security, abuse prevention, and debugging. We don't use this for advertising or tracking, and we don't run any advertising or analytics SDKs in the mobile app.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use conversation or document content to train models beyond what's needed to answer within your own chatbot.
We share data only with the service providers needed to run airabot:

We retain account, conversation, and document data for as long as your account is active, so your chatbots and conversation history keep working. If you'd like your account or specific data deleted, contact us at the email below and we'll process the request.
Passwords are stored hashed, not in plain text. Authentication tokens on the Airabot Agent app are stored in the device's encrypted secure storage (Android Keystore-backed). Data in transit is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS.
airabot is a business tool and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
